2018 CSDEA Affiliated Shows

Dressage

In 2018, only points earned at CSDEA affiliated shows will count toward year-end dressage awards. To be CSDEA affiliated, a dressage show must be a USDF recognized show within the CSDEA geographical area of Minnesota and surrounding states (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin), and the show organizer must pay the CSDEA affiliation fee of $50 no later than 60 days prior to the show date. Most show organizers choose to do this through advertisement in the annual Omnibus. All recognized shows listed in your 2018 Omnibus are CSDEA affiliated.

As of March 2018, the following dressage shows are CSDEA affiliated for 2018:

Eventing

In 2018, all USEA recognized shows within the CSDEA geographical area of Minnesota and surrounding states (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin) count toward year-end awards. CSDEA affiliated shows count for double points toward year-end awards (i.e. take the final result from the Point Scoring or Point Handicapping system as appropriate, then multiply it by 2). To be CSDEA affiliated, a show must be a USEA recognized show within the CSDEA geographical area of Minnesota and surrounding states (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin), and the show organizer must pay the CSDEA affiliation fee of $50 no later than 60 days prior to the show date. All recognized shows listed in your 2018 Omnibus are CSDEA affiliated.

As of March 2018, the following eventing shows are CSDEA affiliated for 2018:

  • Otter Creek Spring Horse Trials - May 18-20
  • Carriage House Farm Combined Test - June 3
  • Otter Creek Summer Horse Trials - August 10-12
  • Otter Creek Fall Horse Trials - September 14-16

Show affiliation fees help fund the printing of our annual Omnibus and the prizes awarded at our year-end banquet. For more information or to become affiliated, please contact the Awards Committee Chair Heather Salden Kurtz at sly_h_s@yahoo.com.
