Rules

Volunteer hours can be earned at any CSDEA event or through work with a CSDEA Committee or Board of Directors. This includes events directly run by CSDEA, including clinics, tack swaps, banquets, etc., and also competitions that are affiliated with CSDEA. For a list of competitions affiliated with CSDEA, refer to our Omnibus or the CSDEA Affiliated Shows list.

Hours are cumulative and need not be earned in one year’s time.

Recipients must be CSDEA members in good standing.

Deadline: Volunteers must report their hours by November 30th of each year to be recognized at that year’s Awards Banquet. (If you miss the reporting deadline, your hours still count.  They will be recognized at the following year's banquet.)

Program launch: All hours volunteered on or after December 1, 2017 count toward volunteer hours for the recognition program.

Submission: Volunteers must submit their hours via this online form. Hours will be tracked and recipients will be notified upon reaching each designated level.
